REAL Force Sharing System * - On the business unit basis, REAL fundamental practical hands-on training on Basic Prospecting is tailored for newcomers who just completed the REF course. For those who can't wait to get a piece of the action in selling/buying, we have shared live listings/buyers readily available for newly joined agents to tap on immediately, to kick-start their REAL practice.

Group Weekly Tuition - Less formal & more interactive tuition/revision on high demand subjects are conducted weekly on group level.
